"Steve Brunner is AMAZING! For so many years, my insurance has just been a payment I made. At one point I called to ask why my insurance kept going up, but then I realized I'm talking to someone in a call center that has NO idea. Today, I made a friend! I have doubled my insurance coverage and I'm still paying significantly less per month than I was before. Steve was so personable, empathetic and seemed to genuinely care about me and my family. I find this quality rare in today's world. If you're looking for any type of insurance, I highly recommend you become friends with Steve too!"

"Recently switched to State Farm after using USAA for over 37 years. I insure five vehicles for me and my family and State Farm is now saving me over $4000.00 a year. Today I called to make a claim for a broken windshield on my van and a windshield on our SUV. I had no idea that I was insured for broken windshields with zero dollars out of pocket...I give Steve my agent the credit that he implemented this when I joined State Farm in 2024. Gary returned our call and walked me through the policies, including answering all questions in detailed and timely manner. Gary even went as far as calling my old agency, with me on the line, so I could cancel the policy that day - Good practice if you want to ensure your client isn't swayed back to whom they are switching from, BUT great practice as a customer service policy."
